Our Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zip & Fly Express laundry services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Zip & Fly Express provides professional laundry pickup and delivery services including wash, dry, fold, and dry cleaning services. We operate in select areas of Orange and Rockland Counties.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information, ensuring items are suitable for cleaning, and reporting any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Users must also ensure access for pickup and delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of services. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Additional charges may apply for extra weight or special handling.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zip & Fly Express is not liable for damage to items that are improperly labeled, previously damaged, or unsuitable for standard cleaning processes. Our liability is limited to 10x the cleaning cost of any damaged item.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
